Training of trainers

The ‘Training of Trainer’ (TOT) curriculum is taught by our Cheas Ponleus taff.

Seed

The TOT course also encourages the leaders to develop a seed project plan.

Training of trainers

The ‘Training of Trainer’ (TOT) curriculum is taught by our Cheas Ponleus staff, who select pastors and leaders of local churches in Cambodia to train in Wholistic ministry.

The course has 12 theological and practical lesson topics which are taught over a 12-month period.
