The TOT course also encourages the leaders to develop a seed project plan, in which the beneficiaries will begin some practical development initiatives in their own communities. The local pastors and leaders are encouraged and supported by CP staff to implement agriculture and income generating activities in their villages. CP staff train and support leaders in this process so they can continue to repeat this process with their local community members.
