Cambodia has experienced limited development following the extremely destructive civil war, leaving people facing poverty in many dimensions; economic, health, social and spiritual. WDO believes these issues need to be addressed together if communities are to grow wholistically. There is also a general lack of understanding of basic human and child rights and a largely patron based approach that minimizes the power of the weak.
